Cakestruction Company was first built in 2010 with a passion for creating handcrafted cupcakes, cake pops, and custom celebration cakes for birthdays, engagements, and other special occasions. Every dessert was made from scratch with quality ingredients and attention to detail.
As ingredient costs continued to rise, it became increasingly difficult to offer specialty cakes at prices many customers were willing to pay. Eventually, I made the difficult decision to close the business and pursue a full-time career.
Even though Cakestruction Company was no longer operating, the baking never really stopped. Family gatherings, holidays, and special occasions became opportunities to share new desserts with the people closest to me. Their encouragement and excitement reminded me why I started baking in the first place.
When the company I worked for relocated out of state, it unexpectedly gave me the opportunity to rebuild what I had started years before. Instead of returning to custom celebration cakes, I chose a new direction.
Today, Cakestruction Company is dedicated to building unforgettable flavors and thoughtfully remodeling classic desserts into something fresh, creative, and memorable. We honor the desserts people know and love while reimagining them through craftsmanship, imagination, and a passion for creating experiences worth sharing.
